Under the dual impetus of national policy guidance and market demand, the importance of enterprise standardization construction work across various regions has been elevated to a new height. On the afternoon of June 9, 2022, United Zhiyie Certification Company headquarters held the second session of the "Enterprise Standardization Good Practice Evaluation" series training focused on the client application process. The training was conducted through a combination of online and offline methods. Besides the main leaders of various branches of United Zhiyie Certification Company, branch business departments, headquarters business departments, the High-Quality Business Center, and the Marketing Department, this event invited over 100 participants from more than 50 enterprise clients.

The training session was hosted by Assistant General Manager Chen Jiadan, who warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked all enterprise clients for their enthusiastic participation. Assistant Chen introduced the background of the "Enterprise Standardization Good Practice" training and the importance of the application process. Management system auditor and Deputy Director of the High-Quality Business Center, Lu Xianwei, who has 10 years of experience in the certification industry, focused on the hot and difficult issues that everyone was concerned about and eager to solve. He provided a detailed explanation of the enterprise application and evaluation processes for the "Enterprise Standardization Good Practice Evaluation." Through a comprehensive introduction of product features, benefits to enterprises, application procedures, and evaluation process interpretation, he delivered a rich and wonderful training course with vivid illustrations.


During the discussion session, participants actively and proactively asked questions about their concerns. Director Lu patiently answered and explained each question one by one. Through this training, the ability to carry out standardization work was enhanced, the construction of a standardization talent team was solidified, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of enterprises.

This training event not only systematically promoted the application process requirements for the Enterprise Standardization Good Practice Evaluation project but also resolved various issues encountered by enterprises during implementation. It laid a good foundation for enterprises to smoothly carry out preparatory work before evaluation. Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
