United Intelligence Certification Company Invited to Participate in Tianjin's "Small and Micro Quality Improvement" Action Promotion and "World Accreditation Day" Publicity Event

On June 10, the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Administration organized a "World Accreditation Day" publicity event in Beichen District. On one hand, it vigorously promoted the positive role of certification and inspection and testing services in economic and social development during "Accreditation Day"; on the other hand, it thoroughly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on supporting the development of private economy and small and micro enterprises, and fulfilled the requirements of the "Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Quality Certification System Construction to Promote Comprehensive Quality Management," further advancing the quality management system certification enhancement action for small and micro enterprises in Tianjin. Deputy Director Zhao Jinheng of the Tianjin Market Supervision Administration, relevant officials from the Certification, Accreditation and Inspection Supervision Department of the Market Supervision Committee, the Beichen District Market Supervision Bureau, some certification bodies, and heads of small and micro enterprises attended the event. Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. was invited as the leading certification body for the Tianjin small and micro enterprise quality improvement action to speak at the event.

Deputy Director Zhao Jinheng of the Market Supervision Committee put forward three opinions regarding the quality management system certification enhancement action for small and micro enterprises in Tianjin (hereinafter referred to as the enhancement action): effectively raising political awareness and deeply understanding its great significance; earnestly summarizing work achievements and comprehensively identifying problems and shortcomings; scientifically planning and coordinating promotion to ensure the enhancement action is practical and profound.

At the event, Chen Jiadan, Assistant General Manager of Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd., as the representative of the certification bodies for the small and micro enterprise quality improvement action, briefly introduced the 2022 Tianjin enhancement action support process and shared with the attendees on the theme "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management Improvement Process." Meng Yongge, General Manager of United Intelligence Certification, read the "Letter of Commitment" on behalf of all certification bodies. The attending certification bodies signed the "Letter of Commitment," pledging to leverage their technical and management advantages, strictly comply with relevant quality certification standards, accreditation rules, and guidelines, and fully support the high-quality development of small and micro enterprises.

On the afternoon of the event, Deputy Director Zhao Jinheng led a team to conduct on-site research on Youru Testing Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a small and micro enterprise receiving targeted support from United Intelligence Certification during this enhancement action. They collected and understood the problems existing in the company's production and operation, and provided on-site policy guidance and technical assistance.

Since April 2018, United Intelligence Certification has continuously participated in the "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Enhancement Action" hosted by the Certification and Accreditation Supervision Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation. It has successively completed tasks such as leading metal industry enterprise research, revising guideline documents, piloting small and micro enterprises in 2020, and the second batch of pilots in 2021. During this period, it was invited multiple times to participate in and speak at various small and micro enterprise quality improvement promotion activities hosted or participated in by industry authorities. The "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Enhancement Action" has achieved good results, publishing industry implementation guidelines and multiple outstanding cases at various levels, and was twice recognized by the State Administration as an outstanding certification body.

From 2019 to 2020, United Intelligence Certification led metal industry enterprise research and guideline revisions, authored the "Enterprise Quality Management Core Process Implementation Guide" for the metal industry, helped Tianjin Zhonghe Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Shengjing Metal Products Co., Ltd. identify problems in production and operation, provided on-site policy guidance and technical assistance, and both companies' outstanding cases were selected among the 11 excellent cases by the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2020.

In 2021, United Intelligence Certification cooperated with the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Committee to assist local small and micro enterprises in quality management improvement. Among them, our company solved a long-standing critical process issue for Tianjin Qingqi Dalong Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., and its outstanding case was selected among the 20 national excellent cases.
