To implement the "Overall Plan for the Reform of the Ecological Civilization System," establish a unified system for green product labels, certification, and identification, vigorously promote the green product certification and labeling system, enhance consumers' sense of access and recognition of green products, strengthen supervision during and after the process, and create a fair competitive market environment, a "United Zhiyie Green Product Certification Introduction" training was held on the afternoon of June 22, 2022, at the headquarters of United Zhiyie Certification Company. The training was conducted through a combination of online and offline methods, with more than 100 participants invited from over 50 enterprise clients.

This training was excellently delivered by Teacher Han Qian, who is engaged in green product certification qualification application and research and development. The key content included an introduction to China's green development strategy, background of green product certification, an overview of green product certification standards, and the implementation requirements and processes of green product certification. It helped enterprises fully understand relevant policies on green product certification, guided and assisted enterprises in analyzing the current situation, expanding development ideas, strengthening knowledge support, and fully leveraging green product certification methods to promote the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of industry enterprises.

Enterprise clients attending the training had in-depth and detailed exchanges with the trainers on specific issues such as the scope of certification, certification details, and certification cycles. After the meeting, they promptly adjusted their thinking, changed their concepts, adapted to the needs of the situation's development, strived to build green product brands, and fully cooperated with and promoted green product certification work.

This training session was also a mobilization meeting aimed at further mobilizing enterprise clients, enhancing the public's awareness of green and low-carbon living, creating a new fashion for green and low-carbon lifestyles, and promoting a favorable environment for green transformation. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
