The United Intelligence Certification Company's professional knowledge course has officially launched on the "Certification and Accreditation Industry Development Knowledge Sharing Platform".

To further enhance personnel professional capabilities, promote standardized management of institutions, and drive high-quality development of the industry, the Certification and Accreditation Technology Research Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation has established the "Certification and Accreditation Industry Development Knowledge Sharing Platform" (referred to as the "Platform", website: http://zsgx.ccai.cc:98/) which officially launched on June 24, 2022. The platform collaborates with industry institutions, integrates industry advantage resources, offers professional knowledge training modules, conducts training on certification professional knowledge and audit key points, and jointly launched the first two professional knowledge courses with Zhiyie Certification Company on the "Certification and Accreditation Industry Development Knowledge Sharing Platform."

The platform is organized and built by the Research Center, jointly constructed and used by various certification industry practitioners. The course system design is scientific and rigorous, concentrating industry strength and incorporating expert advice. Through online training, examinations, remote simulated audits, and other methods, it establishes a high-quality "Auditor Capability Enhancement System" to improve auditors' professional auditing abilities, reduce institutional compliance risks, enhance certification effectiveness, and meet the high-quality development needs of the industry and practitioners. All institutions and auditors are kindly requested to pay attention.

The platform is based on the philosophy of "co-construction, sharing, and win-win." The platform construction work holds significant meaning and contribution to the development of the certification and accreditation industry and the capability enhancement of practitioners. Registration Methods

(1) Collective Registration by Institutions

Institutions summarize the registration information of trainees and complete payment as a unit. Our center centrally completes the registration and review process. Trainees can directly log in to the platform for learning and examinations.

(2) Individual Online Registration

Trainees can log in through the entry point, complete registration and payment processes, and then proceed with learning and examinations.

In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
