United Intelligence (Jinan) Certification Co., Ltd. assists small and micro enterprises in Yinan County in improving quality management


 

To implement the "2022 Linyi City Micro and Small Enterprises Quality Certification Improvement Action Implementation Plan" and promote the quality management improvement of micro and small enterprises, on July 21, 2022, the Yinan County Market Supervision Bureau and United Intelligence (Jinan) Certification Co., Ltd. jointly held a training class titled "Helping Micro and Small Enterprises Improve Quality Management." This training class was organized based on the on-site assessments conducted since June 21, 2022, on more than ten micro and small enterprises including Linyi Hongyi Food Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinhe Yixue Food Co., Ltd., and Shandong Laishidun Prefabricated Building Co., Ltd., and the willingness of these enterprises to improve management through quality certification. The Yinan County Market Supervision Bureau organized more than 30 enterprises and over 40 quality management leaders to participate in this training class.

At the meeting, Deputy Director Cao Mingbo of the Yinan County Market Supervision Bureau made specific requirements regarding the purpose, significance, and training content of this training class. ISO9001 quality system certification is a set of practical management concepts, methods, and systems recommended worldwide by the International Organization for Standardization, applying advanced management theories and methods in a concise standard form. Its role is to provide a solid platform for achieving scientific, systematic, institutionalized, and standardized enterprise management, thereby promoting the improvement of enterprise quality management levels. By implementing quality management system certification, enterprise managers can more clearly understand the basic concepts and methods of quality management, cultivate a scientific and rigorous work style among enterprise managers, establish a logically connected quality management system, and promote healthy enterprise development.

 


Jinan Subsidiary Helps Micro and Small Enterprises Fully Improve Quality Management

 

Guo Miao, General Manager of United Intelligence (Jinan) Certification Co., Ltd., delivered a focused training on the ISO9001 Quality Management System Standard to the participants. He provided an in-depth, clear, and detailed explanation from the background, purpose, structure, and content of each clause of the standard, combined with years of experience and practical cases in quality management systems. Especially, he shared with everyone how micro and small enterprises can use quality management system tools to improve weak points in management issues, helping participants better understand the goals and key points of this improvement action.

 

This training laid a good foundation for the effective implementation of the subsequent quality management improvement actions for micro and small enterprises. Representatives of the participating enterprises expressed that they would continue to repeatedly study and understand the training content after returning, striving to make the quality management system play a greater role in enhancing the quality management of micro and small enterprises.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
