On July 28, it announced the list of 14 certification bodies participating in the improvement action, with Beijing United Wisdom Certification Co., Ltd. ranking first.

One of the tasks/projects of the 2022 Hubei Province Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Improvement Project for Beijing United Wisdom (Wuhan) Certification Co., Ltd. is to assist clothing enterprises in quality improvement. At 3 p.m. on August 1, Beijing United Wisdom (Wuhan) Certification Co., Ltd. specially invited Dai Dongxiu, Dean and Party Secretary of the Wuhan Vocational Clothing College, Zhang Wenxia, former production director of the China-Japan joint venture Meidao Garment Co., Ltd. (Huangshi), now a senior auditor of the three systems at United Wisdom and a textile/garment product evaluator, to train members participating in the improvement activities. Everyone studied, explained, and discussed the current situation and feasible countermeasures for the operation, development, management, and quality improvement of small and micro clothing enterprises together.

The Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Improvement Action, besides releasing a series of articles, standards, plans, etc., is more importantly about researching the current situation, recognizing the situation, carrying out targeted and practical training, guiding enterprises to establish rules and systems, build and improve standardized systems and operate them effectively, guide and assist production and business management activities, guide internal audits and management reviews, formulate corrective and preventive measures and implement them, and achieve continuous improvement. The goal is to select about 50 small and micro enterprises for training and guidance from thousands, with at least 5 enterprises achieving tangible improvements.

The work of improving the quality management system certification for small and micro enterprises is arduous and long-term.
