　　According to the spirit of the State Council's "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" and through relevant procedures, Beijing United Wisdom Enterprise Development Research Institute has been designated as the teaching institution for social candidates (excluding technical schools) of the Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate). Responsible for the registration and teaching work of social candidates in Guangdong Province. 。

　　To implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "Action Plan for Implementing the National Standardization Development Outline" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and 16 other ministries regarding strengthening the education and training of standardization talents, promoting the implementation of the academic certificate + professional skill level certificate system, promoting the application of professional skill level certificates in the field of standardization, establishing and improving the professional ability evaluation and incentive mechanism for talents in the field of standardization, and to solidly carry out related pilot work, the 13th Remote Education Class for the Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Primary) is scheduled to be held in December 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　1. Learning Objectives

　　To continuously improve the training path for standardization skilled talents, promote the progress of standardization education and vocational skills education, accelerate the promotion and pilot application of professional skill level certificates in related standardization fields, actively implement relevant national documents, cultivate outstanding standardization talents for society through vocational skills education, and enable more standardization talents to achieve socialization. Build a standardization talent pool, with obtaining the Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate as a necessary condition for inclusion. Vigorously promote the model of certified employment for enterprise standardization skilled talents, standardize talent management, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of standardization skilled talents.

　　This study is aimed at full-time or part-time personnel engaged in standardization work with a college degree or above or equivalent education.

　　5. Learning Content

　　Contents of the standardization vocational education series textbooks (supporting textbooks for professional skill level certificates) such as "Basics of Standardization", "Standardization Methods", "Standardization Practice", and "Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate Exam Outline and Exercise Collection".

　　6. Learning and Evaluation Fees

　　2400 RMB per person.

　　(1) Students who participate in the study and pass the assessment will receive the "Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate)". This certificate is uniformly produced according to the Ministry of Education's coding rules and certificate style. The certificate can be verified through a QR code or by logging into the 1+X Professional Skill Level Certificate Information Management Service Platform (website: https://vslc.ncb.edu.cn).

　　(2) Students need to prepare a red-background bareheaded color ID photo electronic version (standard small one-inch photo), with dimensions 2.7cm width, 3.8cm length, pixel 295*413, size within 5MB, photo format jpg, and name the photo file as "ID number.jpg".
