United Intelligence Certification Company successfully completed the preliminary audit for China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Sales Branch


  From December 8 to 12, United Intelligence Certification Company successfully completed the initial audit of the quality management system of China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Sales Branch (hereinafter referred to as "CNPC Jilin Sales Company").

  At the end of the year, the audit team composed of 15 technical personnel with rich audit experience from United Intelligence Certification Company officially arrived at the site and sub-sites of CNPC Jilin Sales Company.

  This audit team was led by Wang Na, General Manager of United Intelligence Certification Company's Dalian subsidiary, and included senior auditors with over 30 years of experience such as Wang Chengjun, Sun Liqin, Chen Xueqing, Deputy General Manager Liang Qinghui of the Dalian subsidiary, and Technical Director Zhang Li.

  The audit locations were distributed throughout Jilin Province, including CNPC Jilin Sales Company's Changchun headquarters and its 9 administrative departments, 2 directly affiliated companies, 9 subordinate city (state) branches, 1007 operating gas stations, 10 operating oil depots, and 1 central warehouse.

  Under these circumstances, the United Intelligence Certification audit team still "focused on innovation and pragmatic action," demonstrating professional technical service strength and rigorous work ethic to CNPC Jilin Sales Company, supporting their value pursuit of "empowering people's happiness with new energy."

 

  Initial Meeting 2023.12.8

  On the morning of December 8, Audit Team Leader Wang Na presided over the first meeting of the first stage of this initial audit, clarifying the audit scope, audit basis, and audit plan arrangements, emphasizing compliance with certification audit rules and enterprise requirements, and reading out declarations on impartiality and confidentiality.

  Senior leaders of CNPC Jilin Sales Company attached great importance to this audit. Representatives from the headquarters, directly affiliated companies, and all 9 subordinate city (state) branches, as well as oil depots and gas stations across the province, attended the meeting at their respective branches.

  After the initial meeting, auditors distributed across various audit branches simultaneously commenced work as planned, including headquarters administrative departments and the Changchun, Siping, Yanbian, Baishan, Liaoyuan, Jilin City, Songyuan sales branches, and oil depots.

  Working together to set sail, braving the wind and waves for thousands of miles, all auditors conducted audit work on the front line with a professional, responsible, objective, fair, honest, and trustworthy attitude. During the day, everyone worked diligently; at night, the team leader held video meetings where auditors reported the day's audit status, and the team engaged in lively discussions and communication until late at night.

  During the audit period, the 15 auditors overcame many difficulties such as tight schedules, heavy tasks, numerous enterprise departments, and wide distribution, strictly following the planned arrangements, conducting compliant audits without interference, and successfully completing the audit tasks.

 

  Final Meeting 2023.12.12

  At the final meeting, United Intelligence Certification Company reported on the quality management system audit. The audit team concluded that CNPC Jilin Sales Company's quality management system operates effectively and recommended certification registration qualification.

  Audit Team Leader Wang Na affirmed the achievements of CNPC Jilin Sales Company's quality management system and provided detailed explanations on the requirements for subsequent audit work.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
