To effectively leverage standards to guide and support the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of a Service-oriented Manufacturing Standards System." It proposes that by 2025, a standards system capable of supporting the innovative development of service-oriented manufacturing will be basically formed, with more than 20 service-oriented manufacturing standards cumulatively developed and revised. These standards will basically cover foundational general standards, core elements, business types, and standards related to integrated business applications, gradually establishing a relatively complete service-oriented manufacturing standards system, enhancing the public service capacity of service-oriented manufacturing standards, meeting the needs for healthy and regulated development of service-oriented manufacturing, and promoting the accelerated development of new models and new formats of service-oriented manufacturing.
