New Regulation | Announcement No. 17 of 2024 by the State Administration for Market Regulation

The "Quality Management Standards for Clinical Trials of Special Medical Purpose Formula Foods" was approved at the 12th bureau meeting of the State Administration for Market Regulation on April 9, 2024, and is hereby announced to take effect from the date of publication. The "Quality Management Standards for Clinical Trials of Special Medical Purpose Formula Foods (Trial)" issued by the former China Food and Drug Administration on October 13, 2016, is simultaneously repealed.
