Summary of common important issues for enterprises after ISO certification, key points for double random inspections!

After enterprises obtain ISO system certification, many companies and related personnel are overwhelmed; some even do not know what ISO is, and are completely unaware during national supervision and inspections. Here are several common issues faced by enterprises, which are also key points in the annual double-random inspections.

● The content of the management manual does not match the actual situation of the enterprise, lacking approver signatures, some process flowcharts, production records, etc.

● Internal audits and management reviews are inadequate. Internal audit checklists lack audit records; management review inputs are insufficient, missing content such as corrective actions for nonconformities.

● Calibration/certification certificates for measuring instruments in some enterprises have expired.

● Some enterprises have changes in business status (address, name, etc.) but have not promptly contacted the certification body to update the certificate.

● The management system is not strictly operated according to requirements, and the person in charge has limited understanding of the enterprise's management system requirements.

● There is a disconnect between the establishment and operation of the system.

● Internal audits and management reviews have been repetitive for several consecutive years.

Here, we remind everyone to take this as a warning, consciously abide by industry self-discipline norms, enhance risk awareness, consciously maintain the order of the certification market, and do their utmost to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the certification and accreditation industry.
