[Training Notice] The 3rd Session of the "1+X" Standard Editing and Reviewing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate) Training Class Begins

To all relevant units:

　　According to the spirit of the State Council's "Implementation Plan for the Reform of National Vocational Education," and through relevant procedures, Beijing United Wisdom Enterprise Development Research Institute has been designated as the teaching institution for social candidates (excluding technical schools) of the "1+X" Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate), responsible for the registration and teaching of social candidates in Guangdong Province.

　　To implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "Action Plan for Implementing the National Standardization Development Outline" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and 16 other ministries, which emphasize strengthening the education and training of standardization talents, promoting the implementation of the academic certificate + vocational skill level certificate system, popularizing the application of vocational skill level certificates in the field of standardization, establishing and improving the vocational ability evaluation and incentive mechanism for talents in the standardization field, and to solidly carry out related pilot work, the 3rd remote education class for the Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate) is scheduled for October 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　I. Learning Objectives

　　To continuously improve the training path for standardization skilled talents, promote the progress of standardization education and vocational skill education, accelerate the promotion and pilot application of vocational skill level certificates in related standardization fields, actively implement relevant national documents, cultivate outstanding standardization talents for society through vocational skill education, enable more standardization talents to achieve socialization, build a standardization talent pool, and use obtaining the Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate as a necessary condition for selection into the talent pool. Vigorously promote the model of enterprise standardization skilled talents holding certificates for employment, standardize talent management, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of standardization skilled talents.

　　October 17 to 24, 2023 (Exam on October 24 from 14:00 to 16:00)

　　Remote education.

　　IV. Target Learners

　　This learning is aimed at individuals who have obtained the "1+X" Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Primary) and the "1+X" Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate Instructor (Primary).

　　V. Learning Content

　　Series of standardization vocational education textbooks including "Basics of Standardization," "Standardization Methods," "Standardization Practice," and "Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate Exam Outline and Exercise Collection (Intermediate)" (supporting textbooks for the "1+X" vocational skill level certificate).

　　3600 RMB per person.

　　VIII. Certificate and Verification

　　(1) Students who participate in the learning and pass the assessment will receive the "Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate)." This certificate is uniformly produced according to the Ministry of Education's coding rules and certificate style. The certificate can be verified via a QR code or by logging into the 1+X Vocational Skill Level Certificate Information Management Service Platform (website: https://vslc.ncb.edu.cn).

　　(2) Students need to prepare a red-background, bareheaded, color ID photo electronic version (standard small one-inch photo). The photo size should be 2.7cm wide and 3.8cm long, with a resolution of 295*413 pixels, size within 5MB, in jpg format, and named as "ID number.jpg".

　　IX. Registration and Fee Payment

　　Participants of this class should fill out the attached "Registration Receipt for the 3rd Remote Education Class of the '1+X' Standard Editing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate)" to register, and send the registration receipt, student photo, and training fee remittance voucher screenshot to the email: biaozhunpeixun@uiiso.com.

　　The registration deadline for this learning is 17:00 on October 9, 2023. Please transfer the training fee to the following account before the deadline, note "Training Fee + Student Name" when remitting, and email the remittance result and invoicing information.
