　　To implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "Action Plan for Implementing the National Standardization Development Outline" issued by 16 ministries, strengthen the education and training of standardization talents, promote the implementation of the academic certificate + professional skill level certificate system, promote the application of professional skill level certificates in the field of standardization, establish and improve the professional ability evaluation and incentive mechanism for talents in the field of standardization, and solidly carry out related pilot work, the first session of the Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Advanced) remote education class will be held from November 13 to November 26, 2023. 　　

• Value of Learning and Certification

　　Since the issuance of the "National Standardization Development Outline" in October 2021, relevant documents for implementing the outline have been successively released across the country. These documents include measures and methods for building standardization talents, clearly defining goals for training, cultivating, utilizing, and establishing talent pools for standardization talents, with an increasing demand for such talents.

　　The Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate is a nationally issued certificate authorized by the joint ministerial meeting of 16 ministries including the State Administration for Market Regulation. It is mutually recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and enjoys national policy benefits. This certificate can be exchanged for academic credits according to the national credit bank management rules. The learning process and results of this certificate are recognized by the national credit bank for vocational education, establishing personal learning achievement registration, recognition, accounting, storage, accumulation, conversion, and lifelong learning archives, providing key qualifications such as personal learning information records, learning credit inquiries, and proof of learning achievements.

　　Online remote education learning.

　　Students learn and master the teaching materials through systematic explanations, key interpretations, and case analyses by national standardization experts and professors, combined with in-class discussions and practical skills training. This experiential teaching method vividly and clearly helps understand the basic knowledge, practices, methods, and applications of domestic and international standardization. It organically integrates the theoretical system of standardization knowledge, the innovation in the standardization field, and the practical application of standardization, meeting the new era social demand for national standardization professional skills from theory to practical application.

　　3\ Target Learners

　　This study is aimed at individuals who have already obtained the National Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Intermediate) and possess a certain level of English proficiency.

　　4\ Learning Content

　　The teaching materials for learning and teaching are the nationally approved "Standardization Vocational Education Series Textbooks" (supporting textbooks for professional skill level certificates), consisting of 4 books: "Standardization Basics," "Standardization Methods," "Standardization Practices," and "International Standardization Practices."

　　5\ Certificate and Verification

　　(1) Students who participate in the study and pass the assessment will receive the "Standard Editing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Advanced)." This certificate is uniformly produced according to the Ministry of Education's coding rules and certificate style. The certificate can be verified through a QR code or by logging into the Ministry of Education's 1+X Professional Skill Level Certificate Information Management Service Platform (website: https://vslc.ncb.edu.cn).

　　(2) Students need to prepare a red background, bareheaded, color ID photo electronic version (standard small one-inch photo). The photo size should be 2.7cm wide and 3.8cm long, with a resolution of 295*413 pixels, size within 5MB, in jpg format, and named with the "ID number."
